Join Yachad from Sunday 15th November to Thursday 19th November 2026 to take part in our educational trip to Israel and the Occupied Palestinian Territories. Our trips provide participants with a unique chance to learn about the conflict in-depth, and to visit locations and meet individuals you would not normally be able to access. This is a chance to learn, see things first hand, discuss and ask questions by speaking with the people who know the region best. You will have the opportunity to meet with key Yachad partners working in the region and explore options for how we move forward from the current situation to one that is solutions-focused.
The final itinerary will be confirmed closer to the time and may change to reflect the current situation. Content will include:
- A visit to the south of Israel to visit communities that were attacked on October 7th
- A visit to areas in the West Bank to meet with Palestinian communities impacted by the daily threat of settler violence
- Meetings with Israeli and Palestinian human rights and civil society activists
- Meetings Israeli and Palestinian officials
- A tour of East Jerusalem
The accommodation cost* per person is:
- A single, standard room (without a balcony) - 3,402 shekels (approx. £850)
- A single, room (with a balcony) - 3,872 shekels (approx. £965)
- A double room (without a balcony) - 3,661 shekels (approx. £900, or £450 per person)
- A double room (with a balcony) - 4,068 shekels (approx. £1000, or £500 per person
*Please note, the prices for the rooms are approximate prices based on the exchange rate with the New Israeli Shekel.
We will stay four nights in the Arthur Atlas Boutique Hotel. Our reservations are made via Booking.com in your name and payable by you locally. Your contract will be with the hotel directly and will be secured by your credit card to be presented to the hotel on arrival.
Additional Costs:
The sum of £1,200 per participiant to be paid to Yachad by Wednesday 16th September which will cover:
- All lunches and dinners throughout the course of the trip
- All transportation throughout the cost of the trip including back to Ben Gurion airport at the end of the trip
- All other costs associated with the trip including payments to speakers, Yachad staff costs involved in facilitating the trip and any other costs
It does not include:
- Flights to/from Israel
- Transport to and from airports in the UK
- Airport transfers on arrival at Ben Gurion airport to Jerusalem (this is in order to accommodate people arriving at different times)
- Travel insurance
NB: Yachad does not make any profit from the running of these trips. All the costs go directly to the specific costs associated with the delivery of the trip itself. We do not charge participants for staff time involved in the delivery of the trips or any other organisational overheads.
